In my two decades of holistic practice, I’ve identified 4 Archetypes that show up again and again in women’s healing journeys.
Each archetype has its strengths, but also a shadow side that can create burnout, emotional repression, and even physical illness over time.
These patterns are powerful, often unconscious, and shaped by:
Childhood roles
Cultural and generational expectations
Trauma and survival mechanisms
Your beliefs about being a “good” woman, mother, professional, or partner

The Fixer is always solving everyone else’s problems, but silently resents that no one checks on her.
The Performer is outwardly confident but fears that slowing down means losing relevance.
The Nurturer gives endlessly… until her body gives out first.
The Achiever sets goal after goal, but still feels empty.
The Invisible One hides her brilliance and then wonders why she feels unseen.
The Overcomer is proud of how strong she’s been, but doesn’t know how to rest.
The Spiritual Bypasser quotes affirmations but secretly avoids the real shadow work.

Why This Matters for Your Health
Each archetype carries a unique energetic blueprint—a pattern of thought, behavior, and emotion that can influence your physical body.
Unprocessed grief? It might settle in your lungs. A lifetime of over-responsibility? Your adrenals and thyroid may be screaming. Always suppressing anger? Hello, liver stagnation.Swallowed words and unmet needs? Cue digestive issues or throat inflammation.
✨ When an archetype runs unchecked—especially in its shadow—you begin to live in misalignment.And over time, misalignment becomes dis-ease.
