Group dynamics are a part of life! Connecting with the group that supports your goal is the optimal way to capitalize on a universal law of survival and inclusion. Wellness at Your Healing Place is RE-defined, so you can re-imagine your highest potential in every aspect of your life.

During this 3 hr Group Session:

• The group will establish its name from the energy shared amongst the members. Which,  will establish your Tribe and your private chat group in the app
• 1st Hour - Group coaching, establishing the flow of the program: Unpacking & instruction of detox, etc.
• 2nd Hour- Deep work- Fine-tuning personal goals, Introduction to "Tips, Tricks & Tools"
• 3rd Hour - Each member will be scanned - A personalized autograph  copy of From Panic to Empowerment
• Closing - Assignments

Weekly Coaching sessions will be via Zoom. Additional live sessions will be added for 2022
