When Spirit Speaks: What Happens When You’re Seen Beyond the Surface

🧠 There’s a moment that lingers long after a healing session ends—a moment when someone looks at you, not for who you’re pretending to be, but for who you truly are. For many women I work with, that moment cracks something open.
During a recent session, a woman paused mid-conversation, her eyes wide and vulnerable: "Wait… are you psychic?"I smiled gently.“Spirit is speaking. Just listen closely. I won’t be able to repeat what comes next.”
That happens more often than I admit.

I Was Born With This Gift—But I Didn’t Know How to Name It
As a child, I could feel things others didn’t. I saw the emotional undercurrents in people. I sensed danger before it arrived. But I didn’t have the language—or the safety—to express it.
So I buried the knowing. I became a high-functioning achiever, like so many women do when survival depends on performance.

Years later, while working as a property manager, the buried gift reawakened. A resident I had to evict due to repeated violence grabbed me by the throat and threatened my life. I blacked out. Something spiritual—and terrifying—was shaken loose.
That moment broke me open.
I left the career path that almost took my life and became a massage therapist—seeking stillness, peace, and a way to use my hands to heal rather than defend.
One day, during a session, I gently touched a client’s back. They had keloid scars. When I placed my hand over them, a tidal wave of fear rushed through my body.“Gunshot wounds,” the client whispered. I hadn’t asked. The energy of their trauma had spoken through my hands.
I sobbed after that session. That was the moment I remembered: I don’t just work with bodies. I work with buried stories. I don’t just guide women through nutrition or detox. I open space for the spirit to speak.

Why This Matters for Women Over 40
If you're reading this, you’re likely at a crossroads.
You’ve outgrown surface-level advice.
You’re longing to feel seen without having to explain yourself.
To finally trust your intuition again.
For many of us, trauma trained us to be quiet.
To perform.
To be productive.
To smile when we were dying inside.
But something ancient within us remembers how to hear beyond logic…how to feel what’s not being said…how to know without proof.
And that’s where your healing begins.
Reclaiming Your Intuition Isn’t Gimmicky—It’s Sacred
This isn’t about flashy predictions or gimmicks. It’s about women like us reclaiming what’s been passed down through our bloodlines, our spiritual DNA, and our lived experience.
Whether you call it discernment, spiritual intuition, or simply being deeply present…You have this gift too. And the more you surround yourself with those who reflect your truth, the louder it becomes.
